Santis Optique in Bertrix called on Studio Clement to create an interior that seamlessly blends professionalism and experience. An optician’s shop is a care environment and a retail space rolled into one: customers need to feel welcome, be able to choose at their leisure and have confidence in the advice they receive. Which is why the concept was built around a clear layout, warm materials and a look that oozes quality without being aloof.

The shop was furnished with custom-built display units which clearly show off the range to best advantage whilst leaving room for experience. Using clean lines, refined finishes and thoughtful lighting, each product is given its own place, whereas the overall picture remains laidback and soothing. The warm wood accents, subtle colour contrasts and atmospheric lighting combine to create an inviting atmosphere in which customers are happy to linger.

Also, the functional areas have been cleverly integrated. Attention went out to smooth-paced circulation flows and sufficient space for personal advice, to enable the team to work efficiently and discreetly assist customers. The result is a contemporary optician’s shop that exudes calm and class and perfectly matches Santis Optique’s identity.
