Medimaris Nieuwpoort

Studio Clement was commissioned by Nieuwpoort-based multidisciplinary group practice Medimaris to come up with a consultation space that exudes calm and confidence, whilst remaining practical for various healthcare providers working under one roof. The aim was to create an interior that feels timeless, provides clarity and instantly puts patients at ease.

We opted for a light, bright base combined with natural wood, giving the practice a soft, Scandinavian feel. This simplicity fosters serenity, whilst subtle details also reference the surroundings: a fresh, airy atmosphere with a nod to the sea and the seaside. The result is an interior that is “beautiful in its simplicity” — warm, accessible and free from unnecessary distractions.

The carefully considered choice of materials and the understated finish means the practice is not only aesthetically compelling, but also durable and easy to maintain in daily use. All of which combined to see Medimaris gain a consultation space that perfectly suits both their operations and their location: smart, light and welcoming for every patient.
