Project in the spotlight: DKR Refrigerations, Kortrijk
Transforming a vacant building into a sleek, functional office in less than six months — that is exactly what Studio Clement achieved for DKR Refrigerations. The family business in the refrigeration sector found a new home in the Evolis Park in Kortrijk and called in Studio Clement for the interior design and complete furnishing.
Interior designer Britt D’hont translated DKR’s vision into a clear, contemporary concept with lots of light, glass and a well-thought-out layout. The first 3D renders were an instant hit: an open coffee corner, inviting reception area and warm materials that reinforce the industrial character of the building.
Thanks to tight planning, close collaboration with regular partners and a solution-oriented approach, the project was completed within the ambitious deadline. The result? An office that exudes professionalism, craftsmanship and openness — entirely in line with the identity of DKR Refrigerations.
